Urgent Rehoming Needed for Our Beloved Australian Cattle Dog Mix

We urgently need to find a new home for our 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog Mix, Loial, as we cannot keep him much longer and he may end up in a shelter. Loial is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccinations. Unfortunately, he has developed a food aggression issue that has led to two minor bites on my 9-year-old son's hand. Despite this, he has shown patience during regular feedings, and our son has been able to feed him while he waits for permission.

While training could help resolve the food aggression, we lack the time, resources, and temperament to manage it appropriately. Additionally, our three cats would benefit from finding him a new home, as one is indifferent, one tolerates him, and the third has never warmed up to him since he arrived.

Loial is a medium-sized dog, weighing about 45 lbs, with an estimated date of birth around September 30, 2023. He has beautiful coloring, as shown in his pictures. We are happy to provide his new family with all of his supplies, including toys, leashes, a crate, and other essentials. Our priority is to ensure Loial is well cared for and given the best chance in a loving environment.
